CowaLUNGa Charity Bike Tour raises funds and awareness for Respiratory Health Association. Proceeds from the Tour benefit RHA’s mission to prevent lung disease, promote clean air, and help people live better through education, research, and policy change.

Choose to ride 18 or 65 miles in one day, 130 miles in two days, or 190 miles over three days. All routes are one-way with full SAG and medical support and include two daily rest stops, breakfast and dinner, and bus and bike transportation back to the start line at Gurnee Mills in Gurnee, Illinois. Free overnight parking is available onsite at Gurnee Mills for the event’s duration.

NEW!  Overnight accommodations for night two provided in newly constructed air conditioned dorm building on the University of Whitewater Campus.

“Well-supported and manageable for any level rider. CowaLUNGa is not a typical fundraising or sporting event — I found it to be so much more. As a recipient of the “golden cow” (given to 5-year riders), this event has become the big party I look forward to all summer. Distance riding was fairly new to me the first year. With more experience under my belt, it now provides the athletic challenge as well. The ride itself is so well-supported and manageable for any level. I’ve made friends for life and support a cause for life thanks to CowaLUNGa.
